We ship chilled from Dublin 15, nationwide. Everything is vacuum sealed and packed in insulated liners with food-safe ice packs so it arrives properly cold.

Packaging
Everything is vacuum sealed and shipped in an insulated liner with the right number of food-safe ice packs for the season. Boxes are recyclable and liners are curbside-recyclable.
Missed delivery
Our courier attempts delivery once. If you're not in, they'll leave your box in a safe place if one is available; otherwise they'll return the next day. Chilled contents are safe in the insulated liner for up to 24 hours from dispatch.

- We pack orders in insulated thermal liners with reusable gel ice packs inside thick cardboard shipping boxes. This setup maintains a safe temperature below 4°C for up to 24 hours in transit, ensuring optimal freshness.
- Do you deliver to my county? +
- Yes, we deliver nationwide across all 26 counties in the Republic of Ireland. Chilled shipping is carried out via our courier network Monday through Friday.
- Is there a minimum order amount for delivery? +
- Our minimum order value is €30. Orders over €60 qualify for free delivery, while orders between €30 and €60 carry a standard flat delivery charge of €5.99.
- Can I track my delivery status? +
- Yes, once your order is cut, weighed, and dispatched from our Dublin facility, you will receive an SMS and email notification from the courier containing your tracking link and an estimated delivery window.
